For Shopify brands
Returns and exchanges that
settle in Shopify.
Your customers get a branded portal that knows what they actually ordered. Your team gets one screen to review it. The return and the refund are created in Shopify — so your orders, your inventory and your books never disagree with your returns app.
Looking for a store's returns portal? Use the link the store gave you — it includes the store's name.
Shopify decides the money
Refunds and exchange balances come from Shopify's own calculation at the moment of processing, not from subtracting catalogue prices. What the customer is owed is what Shopify says they are owed.
One return, once
Every write to Shopify is claimed in a ledger before it is sent. Two staff pressing at the same moment produce one return, and an attempt whose outcome is unknown is never blindly repeated.
Nothing invented
Where the app cannot work something out — a different currency, an unknown price — it says so instead of showing a number. A confident wrong figure is worse than no figure.
Built around one idea
A returns app sits between your customer and your money. The failure that matters is not a slow page — it is a refund paid twice, a return created twice, or a customer told they owe nothing when they owe eighty pounds. Almost everything in Swapify+ exists to make those specific things impossible, and the rest of the product is arranged around that rather than the other way round.
In practice that means Shopify is the authority, not a destination we sync to later. A request is not complete because this app thinks so; it is complete because Shopify has processed the return and the money has actually moved.
