Why there are no numbers on this page
Because we would be making them up. Putting a price here before billing works would mean either changing it later or honouring a figure chosen to look good on a marketing page. Early access merchants will be told what a plan costs before anything is switched on, and will not be charged retrospectively for the period when it was free.
When billing does arrive it will run through Shopify's own billing, so a subscription appears on your Shopify invoice alongside everything else and can be cancelled the same way.
What an allowance counts
A request, once — a customer submitting a return or exchange. Not page views, not API calls, and not the same request counted again because your team reopened it. Requests you reject still count, because reviewing them is the work.
